This 100% online workplace stress management course is specifically designed for individuals working in high-pressure roles such as emergency services, healthcare, community services, and industries where shift work and demanding environments are common. HLTWHS006 - Manage personal stressors in the work environment
The online learning and assessment is expected to take approximately 5-6 hours to complete. These timeframes are estimates. Individuals with prior experience in similar training may complete the course in less time, while those new to the subject may need more time to complete all the learning content and assessment questions.
This course is delivered fully online and will be self-paced. Students are expected to complete this course within six (6) months after enrolment.
An individual undertaking this course will need to demonstrate the following to be eligible for entry:
1. As a registered training organisation (RTO), delivering nationally recognised training, we must verify a student's identity before undertaking the assessment. To meet this requirement, you will be required to show your photo identification to the camera and state your full name, as listed on your identification document.
2. Proficient verbal and written English language skills to complete and evaluate a Personal Stress Management Plan and manage two (2) stressful workplace situations
3. Students must have access to a device with camera and audio recording capabilities, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a webcam. This device will be necessary for creating short videos as part of the assessment, in which students verbally explain the required assessment outcomes.
Practical assessment:
Students are required to upload two (2) videos of themselves participating in the provided simulated scenarios

Theory assessment:
A written assessment consisting of case studies and multiple-choice questions
